Onlyfans não reembolsa saldo da carteira e oferece suporte em inglês

O Onlyfans, além de não ter suporte em português pra me responder (mandaram mensagem em inglês, na má vontade, me fazendo traduzir tudo pelo Google Tradutor), ainda disse que o que me lesaram, NÃO TEM REEMBOLSO! A empresa que presta o serviço pra ela em aceitar pix pra "carteira" da conta, é supostamente brasileira, deveria intervir nisso e devolver meu dinheiro integral, não gastei, literalmente coloquei o valor via pix, de "10 dólares", que foi convertido a 50 e poucos reais, não foi possível eu usar esse valor pra nada, pois pede CARTÃO DE CRÉDITO pra usar o valor (que não faz o menor sentido), e não quer reeembolsar? É literalmente propaganda enganosa, nos levam ao engano e ainda nos fazem de [Editado pelo Reclame Social].
